iD chapter I construction is a research that celebrates identity using different artistic means as vessels to raise questions about who we are as individuals and as a whole.

Who am I to myself?  Who am I to others? How do I define myself?  Am I conscious that I’m living, and to what extend?  How do people’s perceptions of me interfere with my own?

Digging into these existential questions, following with attention to the complex landscape of the human experience, is the underlying study that motivates this research that’s probably the project of a lifetime.

Practically, the project will be divided into chapters.  Each chapter will be the object of a specific study. iD chapter I construction will bring about a conversation on the deconstruction of identity, whether intimate or collective: when who we are to ourselves is no more defined by a name, a gender, a race or a job.
